in the picturesque village of Brockweir, Chepstow.

This location makes Wye Valley Cottage ideally situated for anyone wishing to explore the wonders
that both the English and Welsh countryside have to offer. There is an huge choice of outdoor
activities for you to enjoy, from Fishing or Canoeing to Walking or Bird Watching.

It's also perfect for that quiet, relaxing getaway that we all deserve.

The accommodation comprises of:

Kitchen:
Large kitchen and dining area includes integrated dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Lounge:
Large Lounge with leather sofas - Large 32inch wide screen television
including digital box & a wood burning fire.

2 Bathrooms:
upstairs includes bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin
downstairs large shower with wc and wash hand basin

4 Bedrooms:
1 Double bedroom with KINGSIZE bed (NEW FOR 2010 - One of our larger bedrooms now has a KINGSIZE bed !!)

2 Double bedrooms - with double beds,

1 Single bedroom - with single bed

We also have 2 additional, HIGH QUALITY single fold-up beds if required for an additional fee

* We can also provide a highchair & travelcot if needed for a small additional fee

3 smoke alarms fitted throughout the property.

Outdoor facilities:

Large garden with outstanding views, 100sq mtrs patio area
Picnic area/bbq - All included on the patio area.

Very large parking areas - with ample space for turning

2 Entrances to the front of the property:
one entrance via 6 large steps, second entrance via slope to rear garden.

Well behaved, house-trained dogs permitted for a small additional fee
